Welcome to our Home-Ed Buddy Bees group tuition for children aged 4-8.
Designed for friends, family or a mix of both; our buddy group sessions offer a comfortable, engaging and enjoyable learning experience where children can learn together and build confidence.
Sessions are 40-minutes online (via Zoom), or 45-minutes face-to-face (in Bourne, Lincolnshire.)
Sessions can be scheduled on Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays during the day.
The sessions will need to take place weekly and must be booked in small blocks. All sessions are paid for in advance.
Our Buddy Bees group sessions allow for you to team up with friends or family and choose your own group participants.(children aged 4-8 working at a similar level of ability)
Buddy Bee groups can accommodate 2 children per group (online and face-to-face). This means they are a good size to enable us to work together, but also allow each child to receive the personalised support and feedback they need as an individual.
Designed for friends, family or a combination of both, our Buddy Bees group sessions are for children working at the same or similar level of learning ability and would benefit from support in the same subject area.
Our sessions focus on different learning areas within one subject of your choosing per block booking (e.g. maths). This provides a well-rounded educational experience for all participants, ensuring the children are provided with opportunities to build their confidence and develop a more comprehensive understanding of specific learning areas within a subject.
During each session we work together, focusing on a targeted aspect of a subject. There will be topics planned for each session. However, we have the flexibility to adapt our lessons as needed, to best support all children in the session. It's all about working at each child's pace, and giving them the time they need to learn. Although we share our learning, teaching methods and learning activities are flexible, adapting to each child's level of ability. This ensures the tuition provided is accessible to their individual needs.
We will use a variety of activities to keep the learning experience enjoyable and engaging. It is really important to me that the children enjoy learning, which I aim to achieve by creating a relaxed, supportive and fun learning space, where children can explore, learn, and find joy in the process.
My aim is for each child to feel like they are valued, and that they will receive the support they need to help them learn. My tutoring sessions are just as much about building a child's self-confidence, as it is about providing opportunities for them to progress academically.
These sessions also provide a wonderful opportunity to bring your little ones together to learn, while nurturing the development of their social and communication skills.
A trial session must be carried out for all children wishing to form the group before you can book a block of tutoring sessions. I ask you to do this first so we can be sure that Little Bees Tutoring, is a good fit for your children before committing to a block of sessions and we can discuss how I can support your children.
If you would like to book a place for your children
